Join us on Tuesday, March 11th for the Mass of Installation of Robert Cardinal McElroy as the 8th Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Washington. The faithful are invited to attend this sacred and solemn moment in our church’s history.

Christophe Cardinal Pierre, Apostolic Nuncio to the United States, will serve as the principal celebrant. The liturgical procession will begin promptly at 1:30 p.m. This event is free and open to the public, no reservations required. Attendees are asked to be seated in the Basilica’s Great Upper Church by 1:00 p.m.
