DESCRIPTION:Featuring Notre-Dame Organist Johann Vexo and the Choir of the Basilica\nJoin us on Friday\, April 26\, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception for a benefit concert celebrating the spiritual and cultural significance of Notre-Dame de Paris in the world\, as well as the hope for its future. \nOrganized by the Basilica and the Embassy of France in the United States\, in partnership with the Friends of Notre-Dame and the French-American Cultural Foundation\, the event will be free and open to all\, with a freewill offering to benefit the rebuilding and restoration of Notre-Dame de Paris. \n\n\nProgram: The program will feature Johann Vexo\, organist at Notre-Dame de Paris\, and the Choir of the Basilica. But reconstruction of Notre-Dame will take many years and is going to be a huge collective effort. \nThe Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception encourages those whose lives have been touched by the Cathedral of Notre-Dame to support the effort to resurrect and rebuild this iconic Cathedral.
