SUMMARY:2020 National Prayer Vigil for Life
DESCRIPTION:Donate to Support the Pro-Life Ministry of the National Shrine\n  \n\nWe invite you to join us for the 2020 National Prayer Vigil for Life\, which will take place Thursday\, January 23 through Friday\, January 24. On Thursday\, January 23\, Confessions and the Divine Mercy Chaplet will precede the Opening Mass of the National Prayer Vigil for Life\, which will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Great Upper Church. \nThe Most Reverend Joseph Naumann\, Archbishop of Kansas City\, KS\, and Chairman of the USCCB Committee on Pro-Life Activities\, will be the principal celebrant and homilist. After the Opening Mass\, the National Prayer Vigil for Life will continue in the Crypt Church with the National Rosary for Life\, Confession\, and Night Prayer followed by overnight Holy Hours\, Adoration\, Morning Prayer\, Benediction\, and Reposition of the Blessed Sacrament. \nThe National Prayer Vigil for Life concludes with the Closing Mass\, which will be celebrated at 7:30 a.m. on Friday\, January 24\, in the Great Upper Church. The Most Reverend Timothy Broglio\, Archbishop of the Military Services\, and Chairman of the USCCB Committee of International Justice and Peace\, will be the principal celebrant and homilist. \nThe Opening and Closing Masses of the National Prayer Vigil for Life will be broadcast live on EWTN as well as on the National Shrine’s YouTube channel (Opening Mass\, Closing Mass) and Facebook page (Opening Mass\, Closing Mass). \n  \nView the 2020 National Prayer Vigil for Life Schedule\n\n  \n\nRegister:\nClergy Registration: Clergy who wish to participate in the Opening and/or Closing Mass must register. \n  \nClergy Registration for Opening Mass\n  \nClergy Registration for Closing Mass\n  \nSeminarian Registration: Seminarians must register to participate in the Opening Mass. \n  \nSeminarian Registration\n  \nMedia Credential Request Form: Media must request credentials to cover the Opening and/or Closing Mass. \n  \nMedia Credential Request Form\n  \n\n\n									   \n									   \n									   \n									   \n									   \n									   \n
