DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, December 20\, at 6:00 p.m.\, the Choir of the Basilica will present a concert entitled Follow the Star: Sacred Choral Music for the Christmas Season. Just as the brilliant star once guided the Wise Men from the East to the Christ Child\, our hope is that the beautiful music drawn from sacred repertoire throughout the centuries will lead you toward a renewed encounter with the Christ Child. \nJoin us for an evening of sacred Christmas chants and festive carols that capture the spirit of the Christmas season in all its radiance\, poetry\, solemnity\, and joy. \nThe concert will be held in the Great Upper Church and is free and open to the public. Seating will be on a first-come\, first-served basis with no ticketing\, advanced registration\, or reservations.
