The Most Reverend Christophe Pierre\, Apostolic Nuncio to the United States\, will preside with Monsignor Walter R. Rossi\, Rector of the Basilica\, as celebrant and homilist. This liturgy will be broadcast live on EWTN as well as the National Shrine’s YouTube page.
