DESCRIPTION:Closing Mass of 24 Hours for the Lord: 40 Hours Devotion: The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception’s 40 Hours Devotion in observance of Pope Francis’ annual Lenten initiative “24 Hours for the Lord” will conclude with a Closing Mass on March 30 at 5:15pm. \nThe Closing Mass will be celebrated by Auxiliary Bishop Richard B. Higgins\, of the Archdiocese of the Military Services USA in the Great Upper Church.
