Finale \n\n\n\nDr. Lynn Trapp\nDr. Lynn Trapp is concert organist\, conductor\, composer\, pianist\, and liturgist. Since 2015 he has served as Director of Liturgy & Music at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Baltimore where he oversees the liturgical minister program\, serves as choirmaster and organist/pianist\, leads a scholar singer program and fine arts series. In 2024 he led the design of the new pipe organ installed in the church by Peragallo Organ Co. Previously he served St. Olaf Church in downtown Minneapolis for twenty years. \nHe is an active organ recitalist in the U.S. and Europe\, has more than 100 organ\, choral and instrumental compositions held by several major publishers\, and as co-director of the American Pilgrimage Choir since 1997 has led performance tours to numerous European countries and the Holy Land. He is a frequent presenter and recitalist at sacred music and worship conferences. \nLynn is the recipient of many academic awards including the Spirit and Truth Award from the University of Notre Dame for his extensive contribution to the liturgy and music field. His career archives are established at Notre Dame’s Hesburgh Library\, and his composition library is also housed at the Church Music Institute in Dallas. As student he was the winner of one national and several midwest organ playing competitions.
